How to pay
Once you have registered and chosen a plan, you can pay in either of these ways.
UPI QR code
Scan the Trust's QR code with any UPI app.
Bank transfer
Transfer to the Trust's account using the bank details shown on your payment page.
For a QR or bank transfer, send us your Matri ID and the transaction reference. Your plan is activated by our team once the payment is matched to your account, so please allow a little time.
Renewal and expiry
- Renewal always starts a fresh 12 months from today — any remaining days on your current plan are not carried over.
- When a plan expires you go back to Free membership. Your profile, your shortlist and your messages stay.
- Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at renewal.
- Membership fees are not refundable if you choose to end your membership.
